1.1 Scope and current service state

Twenty Ten Visions LLC, doing business as TAVALYX, provides consumer sports decision-support software and related information services.

The current public website is informational. Account activation, checkout, paid membership, live Grade My Ticket processing, automated monitoring, and wager execution are not available through the public site unless and until TAVALYX separately activates and identifies those services.

By using TAVALYX after these Terms become effective, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy that applies to the service you use. Future trial, membership, Grade My Ticket, or other paid-service activation will also require the applicable offer and disclosures presented at activation or purchase.

1.2 What TAVALYX is

TAVALYX is sports decision-support software. It is designed to organize available sports information, apply the applicable analysis rules, explain results, and provide verification or monitoring capabilities when those services are available.

TAVALYX does not guarantee an opportunity, win, profit, accuracy rate, or uninterrupted availability. A qualifying opportunity (one that meets the applicable rules), fewer qualifying results, and no qualifying opportunity are all valid outcomes.

1.3 What TAVALYX is not

TAVALYX is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, wagering account, wallet, payment agent for wagers, or wager-execution service.

TAVALYX does not request or store sportsbook passwords or authentication tokens, connect to a sportsbook account, transmit or place wagers, hold or move wagering funds, inject betslips, or automate sportsbook interfaces.

Any sportsbook action remains manual and independent of TAVALYX.

1.4 Eligibility and product availability

Future account or paid-service use will depend on the eligibility requirements presented before activation, supported markets, current required information, your account status, TAVALYX's product-availability checks, whether the applicable model is ready, and other service requirements.

An account, invitation, declaration, or disclaimer does not by itself establish product availability or permission to wager. The informational public site does not currently enroll customers into paid services.

1.5 Data freshness and third-party information

Sports, market, player, team, injury, lineup, schedule, price, and other information may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, corrected, or changed.

The displayed verification time tells you when TAVALYX last checked the information; it does not make the information permanently certain. TAVALYX may withhold a result while reviewing it, check it again, create a new version, change it, or withdraw it when required information changes or cannot be confirmed.

1.6 Customer choices and model rules

When available, you may choose from supported sportsbooks and models, choose what you want TAVALYX to consider, set a planning budget—the maximum amount TAVALYX may allocate for that request—and select other available options. Fewer qualifying tickets are valid, and some or all of your budget may remain unallocated.

Your preferences may reduce the options TAVALYX considers, but they cannot bypass a model rule, required evidence, a product-availability check, or any other required restriction.

When the supported Alternate lines only preference is active, main-line options are excluded from that request. TAVALYX will not silently relax that preference merely to fill a ticket. Every alternate line included must still independently satisfy the applicable model and verification requirements.

1.7 Grade My Ticket

Grade My Ticket is intended to evaluate an existing customer-supplied ticket.

TAVALYX uses a screenshot, manually entered ticket, line, or price supplied by the customer to understand the submitted ticket. Customer-supplied information is not assumed to show the sportsbook's current market, and an evaluated ticket does not become official TAVALYX model-generated history.

Customers may correct extracted information so it accurately reflects the ticket they submitted. That correction path is not a separate free general-purpose ticket builder.

One submitted parlay is one grading job regardless of its leg count or the number of images needed to represent that same parlay. Two distinct parlays are separate grading jobs.

A Grade is used only when TAVALYX successfully completes and delivers a review that meets all applicable rules. Unsupported or incomplete submissions, missing required evidence, no result that meets the rules, and system failures use zero Grades. You can view a successfully graded ticket again without using another Grade.

If the full submitted ticket does not meet the applicable rules but a smaller version made only from supported selections in that ticket does, TAVALYX may show the smaller version and explain which selections were kept or removed and why. TAVALYX will not add unrelated selections. A successfully delivered revised review uses one Grade in total.

1.8 Accounts and security

When accounts become available, customers must provide accurate information, protect TAVALYX credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your personal membership, Founder or Beta status, and position number may not be transferred or sold.

Do not send sportsbook passwords, authentication tokens, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other unnecessary credentials to TAVALYX.

1.9 Trials, subscriptions, and purchases

Future trials, memberships, and purchases are governed by the applicable offer and the Subscription & Trial Terms shown before activation or purchase.

Adding a payment method does not mean TAVALYX has received a payment. The exact 30-day Founder/Beta trial begins only after you accept an available offer and the published terms, add a valid payment method, complete the required verification, and meet the eligibility requirements.

When purchases become available, customers without a paid membership may buy Grade My Ticket credits separately. Those credits are a separate purchase and do not create a TAVALYX membership.

1.10 Cancellation, billing corrections, and refunds

Cancellation, billing corrections, and refunds are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Subscription & Trial Terms.

TAVALYX corrects verified billing errors, including duplicate charges and charges made after a valid no-renewal instruction.

There is no general money-back guarantee after the trial. Mandatory customer rights and approved billing or service-availability corrections remain unaffected.

1.11 User-created versions and history

A ticket that a customer edits, uploads, manually enters, or submits for grading remains customer-supplied. A separate supported process may run a TAVALYX model and create a new official model version under the applicable rules; that new version is distinct from the customer-supplied ticket.

Customer-supplied tickets and Grade My Ticket history are kept separate from the official history and performance of tickets created by TAVALYX models.

1.12 Prohibited conduct

You may not manipulate free trials or Grade credits, circumvent eligibility, account, or security controls, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or security, impersonate others, transfer or sell a personal membership, Founder or Beta status, or position number, scrape or automate beyond expressly permitted use, or use TAVALYX unlawfully.

1.13 Intellectual property

TAVALYX software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, branding, and proprietary analytical methods are owned by or licensed to Twenty Ten Visions LLC and are protected by applicable law.

Subject to the applicable Terms, customers receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended consumer purpose.

1.14 Third-party services and references

TAVALYX may rely on third-party infrastructure, data, authentication, database, email, payment, monitoring, analytics, security, support, or similar providers as services are activated.

References to sportsbooks, leagues, teams, or other third parties do not imply endorsement, partnership, or sportsbook-account integration unless explicitly stated.

1.15 Service changes

Supported features, sports, sources, and product availability may change.

The protected monthly price for the corresponding approved core membership does not automatically include every future premium feature, sport package, API, enterprise service, third-party service, or separate product.

1.16 No guaranteed outcomes and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAVALYX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, profit, win rate, fitness for a particular wagering decision, or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.17 Disputes and applicable law

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, an exclusive forum-selection requirement, or a contractual liability cap.

Applicable law governs disputes and claims. Nothing in these Terms waives any mandatory consumer protection, statutory remedy, jurisdiction, venue, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

1.18 Changes and contact

TAVALYX may update these Terms when the service, law, or business practices change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
