PUBLIC INFORMATION · PRELAUNCH
Twenty Ten Visions LLC, doing business as TAVALYX
These terms describe the planned Founder/Beta membership.
Account activation, checkout, subscription billing, Grade purchases, and Membership controls are not currently live on the informational public site. No membership or charge is created by reading these terms.
Each eligible customer receives one introductory trial after successfully completing activation and meeting the eligibility requirements. It lasts exactly 30 days.
A valid payment method is required at activation, but the subscription charge at activation is $0. Before you confirm, the activation flow must display your monthly price, applicable taxes, exact trial end, exact first billing date, recurring-billing terms, how to cancel, and the conditions for keeping that monthly price.
Founder Beta will initially open to exactly 250 successfully activated eligible memberships:
Your Founder or Beta membership position is reserved only after you successfully complete activation, meet the eligibility requirements, and accept an offer that is still available. Creating a profile, receiving an invitation, adding a payment method, or receiving a $0 invoice does not reserve a position.
Founder #001–#100 and Beta #101–#250 positions remain in membership history. They are never recycled or silently renumbered. Personal membership, status and position may not be transferred or sold. Historical recognition does not create current product access, lifetime membership, unconditional reactivation or restoration of a terminated membership's protected price.
The launch list is uncapped. Joining or confirming it does not reserve a Founder or Beta position, assign a member number, start a trial, create Grades, collect payment or guarantee later activation. After activated member #250, the initial offer has no further capacity and no post-250 offer or price is approved. Lead collection may continue for separately approved future-availability communication, with no automatic conversion or Grade access.
Creating a free account or using an introductory Grade does not start the membership trial.
Adding a payment method does not mean TAVALYX has received a payment. You become a paid member only when TAVALYX successfully collects the first subscription payment after your trial.
Unless canceled before the disclosed first billing date, the accepted monthly membership rate plus applicable taxes is charged when the trial ends.
Membership then renews monthly while active unless a valid pause, a TAVALYX service hold described in section 3.8, cancellation, or termination prevents renewal.
The service will provide activation and payment confirmations that you can save, along with the disclosures required for the first paid charge. No specific reminder schedule is promised until the production notification process is implemented and verified.
A Grade is used only when TAVALYX successfully completes and delivers a review that meets all applicable rules. The approved initial Founder Beta program provides:
An unused introductory Grade is suspended during the trial: the included trial total is 20, not 21. Canceling while the trial remains active does not lift that suspension. The same unused introductory Grade is restored only after a resolved exit without ever becoming paid and a return to eligible free-account status. Unresolved first-payment recovery keeps it suspended. Successful paid conversion or recovery retires any unused introductory Grade permanently; later cancellation, pause, hold or free-account return does not restore it. Used introductory credits never regenerate.
Only distinct successfully confirmed paid membership periods count toward the three Founder bonus periods. Attempts, failed or pending payments, repeated notifications, replay and retry of the same invoice/period do not advance the count. First-payment recovery for the same eventual first paid period counts once as period 1. An authorized resume or recovery that creates a genuinely new successfully paid period advances the sequence once under the existing membership rules, regardless of calendar month. No bonus is granted before successful paid status.
Unused trial Grades expire at the original exact trial end; use does not extend the trial. Unused included paid-period Grades, including the Founder Launch Bonus, expire with that billing period. Included Grades do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The Founder bonus is included allowance, not a purchased pack; it has no separate purchase or refill. Existing billing corrections and mandatory remedies remain unchanged; this benefit creates no new clawback rule.
A purchased Grade pack is a separate purchase. Each pack expires 30 days after its purchase is successfully processed and confirmed. Packs do not roll over or refill automatically. Canceling membership does not remove purchased credits before their own expiry. Packs purchased before the trial remain usable during the trial, retaining their original expiry. Earliest-expiring available credits are used first; suspended, retired, consumed or expired credits are not available. Pack use does not change the requirement to exhaust the current included allowance before buying a paid-member add-on.
Unsupported or incomplete submissions, missing required evidence, no result that meets the rules, and system failures use zero Grades. Viewing or reopening an existing successful Grade again uses zero additional Grades. One submitted parlay successfully delivered as a retained qualifying result uses one Grade total, including multiple supported model views.
When production Membership controls launch, cancellation will be available through Membership settings without a mandatory survey, retention offer, support conversation, or requirement to settle an outstanding invoice first.
During an active trial or paid period, cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect on the displayed date your current trial or paid access ends. Canceling before the first paid charge prevents that charge.
Before a scheduled cancellation takes effect, withdrawing it preserves the membership, current period, and applicable protected monthly price without an immediate charge or second subscription.
Cancellation from a voluntary pause is immediate and stops a pending resume.
Your monthly price for the core membership remains protected while the membership is active, validly paused, or on an approved TAVALYX service hold under section 3.8. Actual termination ends price protection, but your Founder membership history and number remain recorded.
Rejoining after termination does not automatically restore the old rate or grant another trial.
The protected monthly price covers the corresponding core membership and does not automatically include every future premium feature or separate product.
After the first successful subscription payment, a member whose current paid period is in good standing may schedule a voluntary pause for the recorded end of that paid period.
A valid pause accepted before renewal prevents the renewal. No reason, survey, support conversation, or special advance-notice period is required.
During Founder Beta, a valid pause has no duration or frequency cap, subscription charge, pause fee, late fee, catch-up charge, automatic restart, or inactivity cancellation.
Core tools and actionable delivery stop during a valid pause. Account administration, receipts, cancellation, privacy requests, and support remain available. The protected monthly price remains.
A pause does not extend a trial or erase an already-due invoice.
Resume requires your explicit request, current eligibility, acceptance of the protected monthly price, tax, total, and new period dates, plus successful payment. Resume buys a full new monthly period without billing paused months or assigning another Founder or Beta position.
If a resume payment fails, the membership stays paused, the protected monthly price remains, and no automatic retry can silently restart billing.
When TAVALYX first and genuinely fails to collect a valid subscription invoice that is due, one seven-day (168-hour) recovery window begins. It is measured from that first genuine failure.
Repeated failures or changing a payment method do not restart that window. Incorrect or duplicate invoices, payment-processor outages, and disputed charges are not automatically treated as ordinary customer payment failures.
For an established paid member's regular renewal, access to the core service continues during the recovery window if the member remains eligible. The protected monthly price also continues. Both remain subject to independent safety and product-availability requirements.
Permitted retries may occur on Day 3 and Day 6 without duplicate collection. Successful recovery covers the original renewal period and keeps the original next-renewal date.
If the first payment after the trial fails, the trial still ends on its original date and core access stops. The accepted monthly price and Founder or Beta position remain protected during the recovery window. Recovery requires customer confirmation after reviewing the charge and new dates; successful recovery buys a full paid month from restored access without duplicate collection.
Before ending the membership for nonpayment, TAVALYX confirms the payment status and any pending actions. If payment truly remains unpaid when the recovery window ends, the membership ends and future renewals and automatic retries stop.
During recovery, cancellation stops future renewals and automated collection promptly. TAVALYX honors any remaining access already paid for. Existing valid balances remain a separate accounting matter handled under the approved billing process. Payments already being processed are separately confirmed and resolved. Neither blocks cancellation.
Temporary travel or a temporary product-availability restriction does not by itself stop existing billing, terminate membership, or end protection of the monthly price. Eligible pause and cancellation remain available.
If TAVALYX makes an authorized determination that it cannot provide the advertised core service on an ongoing basis, it places the membership on a TAVALYX service hold. Future billing stops, the protected monthly membership price is preserved, and unused paid core time is refunded under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Resumption requires explicit confirmation, current eligibility, and successful payment.
TAVALYX does not charge for an analytics-only replacement when the advertised core tools cannot be supplied.
Verified billing errors are corrected. There is no general money-back guarantee after the trial. Ordinary nonuse, voluntary pause, temporary travel, or a valid result that finds no qualifying option does not automatically create a refund.
Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

All activated initial #001–#250 members have a direct path to share structured product feedback. Founding Beta members will have opportunities to participate in product polls and group feedback sessions, receive selected early-feature preview invitations and beta release notes or product-progress communication, and test specifically selected features before broader release.
Founder #001–#100 receive priority eligibility and invitations for smaller Founder Council feedback sessions, Founder-only polls when appropriate, selected major product-change previews and periodic Founder/product roundtables.
These are participation/access opportunities, not guaranteed meeting frequency, response times, implementation of suggestions, every experimental feature, unlimited one-to-one support or personal access to leadership on demand. They confer no roadmap control, ownership or governance votes, compensation, equity, winnings or betting benefits. A historical position alone does not override current membership or product eligibility.
