When Beta opens, you must accept the available offer and published enrollment terms, add a valid payment method, complete the required verification, and meet the eligibility requirements. Only then is your Founder or Beta membership position reserved and your exact 30-day trial begins.

Adding a payment method does not mean TAVALYX has received a payment. You become a paid member only when TAVALYX successfully collects your first subscription payment after the trial. Enrollment and payment collection are not available here.

Founder Beta will initially open to 250 activated members, subject to eligibility. The launch list is uncapped. Joining or confirming the launch list does not reserve a Founder or Beta position, assign a member number, start a trial, grant Grades, collect payment, or guarantee activation.

• Founder #001–#100: exact 30-day trial, then $19.99/month plus applicable taxes.
• Beta #101–#250: exact 30-day trial, then $29.99/month plus applicable taxes.

All initial members receive 20 successful Grades during the exact 30-day trial. Founder #001–#100 receive 20 included Grades in each of their first three successfully paid billing periods, then 10 per paid period. Beta #101–#250 receive 10 per paid period.

A payment method will be required when you activate. TAVALYX charges $0 for the subscription at activation. Unless you cancel first, your first subscription payment is charged after the exact 30-day trial; billing then renews monthly.

Before you enter billing information, the activation flow must show your monthly price, exact first billing date, recurring-billing terms, applicable taxes, how to cancel, and when your monthly price stays protected. No public price for positions after #250 has been approved.

Cancellation will stop future renewal without a mandatory survey or support conversation. Checkout and Membership cancellation controls are not live here.

Customers without a paid membership can buy a 10-Grade pack for $8.99. Paid members may buy another 10-Grade pack for $4.99 after using their full included allowance for that period: 20 Grades for Founder paid periods 1–3, and 10 for Founder period 4 onward and every Beta paid period. The exact 30-day trial includes 20 Grades for all initial #001–#250 members.

When available, submit an existing ticket, confirm or correct the extracted ticket details, then receive an explainable review. A Grade is used only when TAVALYX successfully completes and delivers a review that meets all applicable rules. Unsupported or incomplete submissions, missing required evidence, no result that meets the rules, and system failures do not use a Grade.

This public site cannot accept screenshots, grade tickets, or take payments. You cannot buy extra Grades during the trial. This page cannot use a Grade or take a payment.

Fewer qualifying tickets are valid, and some or all of your budget may remain unallocated. Your preferences can reduce the options considered, but never loosen the rules.
