5.1 Decision support and personal limits

TAVALYX is sports decision-support software. The current informational site does not provide wager execution, live paid membership, or live grading.

TAVALYX does not place or transmit wagers, connect to sportsbook accounts, hold or move wagering funds, inject betslips, or automate sportsbook activity.

An opportunity that meets all applicable rules and a result in which no opportunity meets them are both valid outcomes. TAVALYX does not loosen its rules simply to produce a result.

Sports markets, prices, injuries, lineups, and other information can change quickly. No analysis, model, verification state, demonstration, or historical result guarantees a future outcome or profit.

If you choose to wager outside TAVALYX, the decision and execution remain yours. Use limits appropriate to your circumstances.

Do not treat a TAVALYX output as a reason to chase losses, increase spending beyond your limits, borrow to wager, or ignore signs of harm.

If gambling causes stress, financial harm, secrecy, conflict, or loss of control, stop and seek support.

5.2 Product availability

Future product availability depends on TAVALYX's required product-availability checks, current required information, market coverage, your account status, and service readiness.

An account, invitation, declaration, or disclaimer does not itself establish availability. A TAVALYX product-availability result is not a statement that a customer is legally allowed to wager.

A temporary availability restriction and an ongoing inability to supply the advertised core service have different membership consequences, described in the Subscription & Trial Terms.

If required availability information remains unresolved, a disclaimer or customer preference cannot make the product available.
